Founded in 2009 by Liz, HR Surgery was built on her extensive experience with blue-chip corporations. Her vision was to bring the same level of HR expertise traditionally reserved for large companies to small and medium-sized businesses, offering them tailored solutions without the need for an in-house HR team.
Since then, we’ve grown steadily, with more and more companies seeking our support – ranging from employment advice to complex cases and large-scale HR projects.
In 2022 Liz’s husband, Lloyd, joined as Business Development Director, strengthening our strategic and marketing capabilities as we evolve and grow. Together, we remain committed to providing the highest quality HR support to help our clients’ businesses thrive.
